Canceled Orders
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department within 24 hours of placing the order at support@audingull.com. When requesting a cancellation, please provide your order number and contact information.
If the package is currently in transit, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel your order.
What should I do if I receive an incomplete product?
First, please make sure that you have only received one tracking number from us. If this is the case, please contact our customer service team at support@audingull.com. We will investigate and process your request within 12 hours and communicate with you to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a logistics investigation, reshipment, refund, or replacement of the missing item(s).
