Refund policy
Return Eligibility
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Product Condition: Items must be in good condition, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@audingull.com with your order details.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back within 14 days of approval.
Refunds
- Inspection: Returned items will be checked to confirm eligibility.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees and any expedited delivery costs are not refundable.
Exchanges
We will replace items only if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if this occurs.
Shipping
We would like to clarify that if the refund is not due to product damage, incorrect items, wrong sizes, or defects, the refunded amount will not include any shipping fees. You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs related to the return.
In other words, while you'll receive a refund for the product itself, shipping charges will not be included in the refunded amount.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your apparel arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us immediately at support@audingull.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Orders Not Delivered
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of purchase, please reach out to our support team. We will issue a full refund or provide alternative compensation.
